Shipping policy

Shipping within India: -

  • All orders are shipped using reliable courier services with a delivery timeframe of 2-5 working days.

  • Standard shipping orders are shipped in 3-5 working days and the charges are ₹99.

  • Express shipping orders are shipped in 1-2 working days and the charges are ₹199

  •  ⁠Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days.

  • We add an additional ₹79 fee for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Enjoy an additional 5% discount on all prepaid orders, No code required.

International Shipping: - 

  • For international shipping, we utilize FedEx, DHL, Blue Dart, or UPS International Delivery Service, with delivery times ranging from 5-15 business days.

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight & destination.

  • No Exchange, Return or Refund is applicable on international orders.

  •  ⁠Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days.


Order Processing: - 

  • Most orders are shipped within 2-5 working days.

  • After shipping, delivery typically takes an additional 2-5 working days, depending on your Pincode.

  • Each order is freshly manufactured upon receipt and shipped with care by our skilled artisans and team.

  • If you need your order by a specific date, please inform us in advance. Contact us via DM or email, including your order number, and we will do our best to meet your request.

  • For urgent requirements, you can select express shipping at checkout.

  • Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Order Tracking: - 

Once your is shipped, you will be emailed/messaged with the tracking number. You will be able to track your order’s journey home.
