Exchange Policy

All sales are final at The June Clothing, we don’t offer refunds /return /cancellations once the order placed.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds, but you can exchange the product for a different size within the same category.

  • In case your parcel shows ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received it, please let us know within 24hrs, after that we won’t be able to escalate the issue to the shipping partner.

  • If you have received a wrong/defective item, please send us pictures within 24hrs of receiving the product, we will provide an exchange. Make sure all the tags are intact.

  • Exchanges are possible only for a different size of the same style, provided the item is returned in perfect condition and notification is given within 24 hours.

  • If you order the wrong size, you are responsible for the courier charges for both return and replacement. Please refer to our size chart for accurate measurements.

Steps for Size Exchange

  • To request a size exchange, email thejuneclothing.digital@gmail.com with your original order number and exchange details. Use the subject line: ‘Exchange - Name - Order Number.’

  • Alternatively, you can Email: thejuneclothing.digital@gmail.com for assistance, and the team will respond promptly, For a prompt response, DM us on Instagram.

  • To & From shipping charges would be ₹200 which has to be paid by the customer. 

  • We only allow size exchange once.

  • Please make sure the product is in its original condition and all tags are intact.

  • The revised package will be sent once we receive the returned item.
